After 5 years of often leading the field in innovative rc helicopter products in December 2008 Helitronix LLC announced the closure of their manufacturing facility in Marlbrough USA, this meant the end of not only the very versatile electronic cyclic mixers but all the other products Helitronix have developed over the years.
After several months of negotiation rc2rotors have secured a deal with Joel Rosenzweig, the forma owner of Helitronix, to manufacture all his superb products under licence in the UK. Joel has helped and supervised the transition of manufacture and will remain on hand for any future support or developments. The first product to be launched is the range of Cyclic Mixers (formally known as the Helitronix Mixer), 2 versions are available depending upon the application:- Single Function Cyclic Mixer - designed for single rotor rc helicopters only. Multi-function Cyclic Mixer- designed for single, tandem and coaxial rc helicopters Both Cyclic Mixers when coupled with standard piezo gyroscopes substantially improve the flight characteristics of flybar-less rotor head systems. |
